About the position

The Federal Account Executive at Saviynt is responsible for driving the adoption of key technologies within the Department of Defense (DOD) agencies, specifically targeting the Navy and the US Airforce. This role requires a strategic approach to build relationships with C-level executives and agency leadership, focusing on cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and cloud enablement solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their business acumen and agency sales experience to create compelling value propositions and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships within an assigned DOD territory, focusing on Navy and US Airforce.
  • Engage with Federal Systems Integrators managing key agency programs.
  • Build executive relationships at stakeholder and decision-maker levels within the agency territory.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans targeting CXO decision-makers and influencers.
  • Identify and prospect for new targets for technology solutions and professional services.
  • Produce and articulate business cases for prospective and existing Federal customers in collaboration with solution architecture/engineering teams.
  • Meet or exceed all revenue and gross profit quotas for the portfolio of Federal DoD and Intel Agencies.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work at strategic and tactical levels simultaneously.
  • Cross-functional influence and well-developed relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to take a leadership role in driving initiatives and structuring new opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with high energy, dedication, and a collaborative approach to winning.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of business opportunities using CRM tools for sales pipeline growth and accurate forecasting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in cybersecurity solutions and identity management.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP processes and requirements.
