About the position

Feith Systems and Software, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise content management and business process management solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Federal Account Executive to join our team in Fort Washington, PA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling software solutions to federal government agencies. This role is critical in driving the growth of our business within the federal sector, and the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, delivering presentations, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. In this position, you will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas while providing expert knowledge of Feith's products and services. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and government regulations will be crucial for success in this role. The Federal Account Executive will also be responsible for developing leads through various methods, including cold calling, email sequences, and networking. The work environment during the initial ramp period requires the candidate to be in-office three days a week in Fort Washington, PA, for approximately three months. After this period, a remote work schedule can be discussed. Travel to the Washington, DC area is expected 1-3 times per quarter, making flexibility and adaptability key traits for this position.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in software, government services, or related fields

  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes and regulations preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
