About the position

The Federal Channel Account Manager at Logitech is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the Federal government market by collaborating with channel partners. This role involves engaging with key decision-makers, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring compliance with government contracts. The position emphasizes building strong relationships, exceeding sales quotas, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong network of strategic, Federal government market-focused Logitech Partners
  • Provide forecasting and business plans for assigned strategic partners
  • Generate insights relative to market trends and competitive landscape
  • Conduct weekly activity management, pipeline, and forecast reviews across all products
  • Deliver on forecast and quota attainment goals and objectives
  • Strategic Account Planning to ensure partner compliance for growth acceleration
  • Manage and collaborate with partners to streamline operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with channel marketing around MDF initiatives
  • Utilize the CRM Platform Salesforce to suggest and collaborate on opportunities
  • Partner with the Logitech Technical Team to support Federal partners for strategic deployments
  • Work cooperatively with cross-functional departments to deliver elite customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience of significant relevant technology channel partner experience in the Federal market
  • Strong desire to assist with winning deals, RFPs, and Standards while delivering quarterly revenue commitment
  • Strong written and verbal communications, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Experience partnering and connecting sales teams with partner sales teams
  • Proficient with CRM/Pipeline tools (Salesforce.com)
  • Technically proficient across the enterprise IT landscape including knowledge of Video Collaboration, Unified Communications, Networking/Mobility, and Security
  • Strong working knowledge of Logitech alliance partners such as Microsoft, Zoom, and Google
  • A track record of leveraging influential channel leadership to drive change and growth
  • Experience in selling Unified Communications (UC) and understanding of cloud solutions
  • Direct sales experience in Video Collaboration is preferred
  • Previous experience building strategic channel business plans
  • Proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn; Sales Navigator
  • Able to do hands-on solutions demos with customers
  • Passion to enhance team culture through communication, connection, and collaboration
  • An innovation and inclusive mindset
