About the position

The Federal Client Success Manager at Sedgwick Government Solutions is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of services to federal clients. This hybrid role combines remote work with in-office responsibilities in Bethesda, MD, focusing on enhancing the health and productivity of federal employees through effective program management and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform direct account management and customer service for assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relations with account stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of services according to customer objectives and contract requirements.
  • Lead client activities based on their needs and in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical management and team members from other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Communicate SGS's capabilities and services effectively to clients to assist in service expansion.
  • Report progress of initiatives and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate information in internal customer relationship management tools.
  • Handle customer issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or PMP preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of client-facing and/or federal government contracting experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in the healthcare, workers' compensation, or insurance industry.
  • Working knowledge of workers' compensation or healthcare benefits, systems, and the insurance industry.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to pass a preliminary credit and background check.
  • United States Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Federal Government Security Clearance.
