One of the Nation's top General Contractors is looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join their federal sector. Additionally, the Project Manager will manage closeout activities, including the distribution and tracking of punch lists, change orders, contracts, permits, and owner-occupancy details. Facilitating effective project meetings is a key responsibility, which includes preparing and distributing agendas and meeting notes. The Project Manager will also proactively manage procurement logs and submittal processes, review shop drawings and samples, and prepare and manage contracts, permits, and approvals.
