This experience is a must to be considered for this job. Successful recruiters will possess prior knowledge of federal clearances and have a well-established network of technical connections to be effective in this role. As a Technical Staffing Consultant, you will oversee the staffing requirements for technical roles within the defense and intelligence sector of the federal government. These roles encompass Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, Technical Writers, Network Engineers, Analysts, and others. Our services operate within federal programs, necessitating candidates with active DoD clearances, specifically TS/SCI with a polygraph. Candidates must understand federal clearance requirements. Recruiters manage their schedules. However, virtual meetings are conducted during standard business hours, so consultants must be available. We prioritize consultants not concurrently engaged in full-time employment due to conflicts of interest.
