The Federal HR Staffing Specialist at Human Capital Resources and Concepts Inc. (HCRC) plays a crucial role in supporting federal agencies by managing staffing, recruitment, and benefits activities. This position requires a strong background in federal HR practices and the ability to provide expert advice on HR-related programs and services. The specialist will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations while delivering effective staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform staffing needs analyses and adjudicate qualifications.
• Review and evaluate applications of employment and develop recommendations for approval.
• Maintain applicant registers and automated systems in support of staffing and personnel management.
• Prepare proposed rating/ranking for Merit Promotion procedures.
• Create vacancy announcements.
• Conduct quality reviews of merit promotion qualification determinations made by Federal staffers.
• Provide expert advice on a full range of Federal HR related Benefits programs and services, including eligibility requirements.
• Perform work in line with Federal HR laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience as a Federal HR Specialist.
• Extensive background in staffing and placement at the Federal Government level.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform job analyses.
• Demonstrated experience in USA Staffing.
• Ability to successfully pass a Public Trust security clearance process.
