About the position

The Federal HR Subject Matter Expert will provide expert guidance on Federal HR policies and best practices, focusing on recruitment processes and data management. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with Federal and TSA HR policies while designing effective solutions that align with business and IT strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory subject matter services related to Federal HR policies and workflows.
  • Gather requirements and create user stories for HR processes.
  • Design solutions for Federal HR business processes and data management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Federal HR or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Associate degree + 2 years experience; 6 years experience; or relevant professional certification).
  • Experience in creating requirements and designs for Federal human capital business process workflows and dashboards.
  • Experience in creating requirements and designs for Federal recruitment business process workflows and dashboards.
  • Experience working with Federal HR integrations and partners, including USA Staffing, EHRI, eOPF, and similar systems.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, including effective oral and written communication.

Nice-to-haves

  • Agile certification, preferably with SAFe.
  • Experience with enterprise design thinking.
