About the position

As a Federal Implementation Program Manager at Solventum, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing healthcare solutions through innovative program implementation. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with federal government entities to implement new ideas and programs that improve revenue cycles, clinician solutions, and procurement processes. This position requires a growth and strategy mindset, as you will be managing partner relationships between Federal Market Solutions and government customers, ensuring that all initiatives align with Solventum's mission to provide smarter, safer healthcare solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing proposals aimed at securing future government contracts, with a strong understanding of firm fixed-price contracts and milestone-based payments. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver Solventum's Health Information System (HIS) software into the government ecosystem, acting as the implementation manager for all federal clients. This includes directing staff in project management activities to ensure efficient execution and compliance with government-prescribed services, products, and deliverables. Additionally, you will be expected to perform various related tasks on an ad hoc basis to support Solventum's Federal Market Solutions, always with a focus on growth and the relationship between revenue and implementation. Your ability to navigate the complexities of federal healthcare environments, including the Department of Defense (DoD) and Veterans Affairs (VA), will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Implementing new ideas and programs for revenue cycle, clinician solutions, and procurement with the federal government.
• Managing partner relationships between Federal Market Solutions and government customers.
• Developing new proposals to win future government awards with an understanding of firm fixed-priced contracts and milestone-based payments.
• Managing a cross-functional team to deliver Solventum HIS software into the government ecosystem.
• Serving as the Federal Market Solutions implementation manager for all federal clients.
• Directing staff in the performance of project management activities for efficient execution and submission of government-prescribed services, products, and deliverables.
• Performing other related tasks on an ad hoc basis in support of Solventum Federal Market Solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 5 years of Commercial or Federal Project Management and software delivery experience OR High School Diploma/GED AND 4 years of Commercial or Federal Project Management and software delivery experience.
• Must be located in the U.S. and a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to pass a Government background check for a position of T3 Public Trust.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in business or related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience briefing executive-level personnel.
• Federal facing experience as an employee, direct contractor, or subcontractor.
• Experience with and understanding of the federal government healthcare environment, including the DoD and VA.
• Ability to multi-task and handle large and complex workloads under time constraints.
