Responsibilities

• Drive product planning, development, management, and customer experience for the Federal Retail Bond Program.
• Create and maintain product vision, focusing on customer segments, market needs, and value propositions.
• Ensure product design and operational processes align with federal program requirements.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure adherence to federal regulations.
• Analyze and improve business processes to increase operational efficiency and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee and manage projects related to product implementation and compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product combinations and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the role's support of a Federal program.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related fields.
