About the position

The Federal Product Lead & Business Management Analyst role at U.S. Bank is a hybrid position that integrates strategic product management with business analysis and process improvement. This position specifically supports the Federal Retail Bond Program, ensuring compliance with federal regulations while driving the development and management of product solutions. The role serves as a bridge between technology and business, focusing on product vision and operational management with a strong emphasis on federal compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product planning, development, management, and customer experience for the Federal Retail Bond Program.
  • Ensure product design and operational processes align with federal regulations.
  • Analyze and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and policy compliance.
  • Oversee projects related to product implementation and compliance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product strategies and pricing.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the role's support of a Federal program.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related fields, preferably with federal program management experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced capability in product strategy and profitability analysis.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operational efficiency improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Experience with Federal Compliance, particularly in relation to the Federal Retail Bond Program.
  • Familiarity with Tungsten (formerly Kofax) Total Agility.
