Associates will engage in multiple projects, gaining exposure to different tax specialty areas while balancing their professional and personal lives in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team focusing on various tax specialty areas including corporate taxation, individual taxation, and not-for-profit organizations.
• Complete tax planning and research to support client needs.
• Prepare federal and state & local tax returns.
• Understand and apply tax regulations and accounting pronouncements.

Requirements

• Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university, preferably in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Meeting education requirements for CPA certification in the state of employment.
• Access to reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Nice-to-haves

• Working toward the successful completion of the CPA exam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
