About the position

The Federal Technical Account Manager at Qualtrics plays a crucial role in the XM Success Team, providing expert support to clients and ensuring they maximize the value of Qualtrics' products and services. This position focuses on building strong client relationships, executing technical revisions, and enhancing customer retention and expansion through strategic account management. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with XM Success Managers to advocate for software feature enhancements.
  • Collaborate with leadership on high-level client relationships and technology solutions.
  • Become an expert in strategic platform capabilities and understand customer needs.
  • Help customers optimize their use of the Qualtrics platform and increase adoption of technical capabilities.
  • Assist clients with regular maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Design and document functional and technical requirements for projects.
  • Integrate new product features into existing programs and identify process improvements.
  • Drive adoption of key platform features through demos and proof of concepts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a competitive university.
  • 1-2 years experience in a technical, consulting, or client-facing role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination and/or Secret Clearance.
