About the position

The Lane Manager position at AECOM involves overseeing the delivery of FEMA's Public Assistance (PA) Program, which provides funding for disaster recovery efforts. This role is critical in managing resources, ensuring quality and efficiency in project development, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. The position is fully remote and requires a strong understanding of disaster recovery processes and project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidated resources for PA grant application development.
• Manage assigned team and ensure quality and production rates of projects.
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders regarding project status and requirements.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and complete required reports.
• Maintain situational awareness of disaster and applicant profiles to forecast resource needs.
• Prepare Damage Description and Dimension (DDD), Scope of Work (SOW), and cost estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 4 years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Public Trust.
• Experience with FEMA PA and/or CRC is required.
• Completion of specific security/privacy courses with certificates.
