About the position

After Dark is a new video podcast aimed at female DJs and artists in the reggaeton, pop, and hip-hop genres. The show seeks to provide a platform for Latin-speaking women in music to share their stories, challenges, and experiences, while also helping them connect with a broader audience through distribution on major platforms like Apple Podcasts and Spotify.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meaningful discussions about your music journey and industry experiences.
• Engage in a pre-interview process to ensure a good fit for the show.
• Share insights on the challenges faced in the music industry.

Requirements

• Female DJs and artists from reggaeton, pop, hip-hop, or Electronic Dance Music genres.
• Passion for sharing music and personal stories.
• Comfortable on camera and ready for engaging discussions.
• Latin-speaking preferred.
