Responsibilities

• Analyze layouts by acquiring measurements from visiting sites and using Google Earth to determine project costs.
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with management for submission of proposals.
• Utilize fencing software to assist in estimating processes.
• Review contracts and proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum education level of High School or GED.
• Proven experience in fence installation estimating.
• Proficiency in using computer software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction site operations and safety regulations.

Nice-to-haves
