About the position
National Construction Rentals is seeking dedicated Fence Installers to join our team in North Highlands, CA. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $25.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $80,000.00 per year. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in construction. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for installing fences according to NCR specifications, ensuring that job sites are clean and organized, and maintaining the equipment used for installations. Safety is a top priority, and you will be expected to perform all duties in a safe manner, adhering to company policies and procedures. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, which may include periods of driving and walking. Physical demands include frequent lifting, pulling, or pushing of materials weighing up to 100 lbs. You will also be required to perform tasks such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. The position may expose you to moving and vibrating mechanical parts, so a commitment to safety is essential. Responsibilities
- Install fence and pull fence to NCR specifications.
- Ensure job site is free of debris and all equipment is on the truck upon job completion.
- Clean the truck and restock needed materials for future fence installations.
- Perform all duties safely and adhere to safety protocols.
