About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and a strong understanding of various fencing materials and installation techniques. This role involves working on construction sites, performing heavy lifting, and utilizing power tools to ensure the successful assembly and installation of fences. A background in masonry, hardscape, or landscape maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install various types of fencing materials including wood, vinyl, chain link, and wrought iron.
• Operate power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, and secure fencing components.
• Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required during the installation process.
• Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation practices based on terrain and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
• Assist with concrete forming for fence posts as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during the installation process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fence installation or related construction field required.
• Familiarity with masonry techniques is advantageous.
• Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
• Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance or hardscape design is beneficial.
• Experience in carpentry or concrete forming is a plus.
• Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must be willing to work out of town.
