About the position

The Coordinator for Sales Operations at FGX International will support the Field Service Team in executing customer projects and ensuring compliance with merchandising standards. This role involves collaboration with various teams to manage product rollouts, address operational issues, and maintain customer relationships, all while working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Field Service and Retail Operations Teams to plan and track compliance on customer projects.
• Collaborate with the Field Service Team on project execution and resolve product and fixture requests.
• Utilize customer service skills to respond to account inquiries and resolve operational problems.
• Submit and track completion for customer events including new store openings and renovations.
• Review 3rd Party Merchandising organizations' issue ticket dashboards and develop corrective action plans.
• Conduct photo audits for 3rd Party Merchandising organizations.
• Participate in time studies prior to project execution in the field.
• Conduct routine store visits and field visits as needed.
• Review and process inventory counts and out-of-stock reports from 3rd Party Merchandising organizations.
• Support customer changes including address updates and planogram maintenance.

Requirements

• Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 - 3 years of administrative experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong communication, project management, and customer service skills.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
