About the position

Iris Partners Inc is currently hiring for a Fiber and Wireless Sales Representative to open and upgrade accounts in the Baton Rouge area and surrounding cities for our client AT&T. This is a hybrid role where office work and meetings are conducted remotely, while account openings with customers are done in person. The position involves daily commuting within this hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Opening accounts for new customers.
  • Attaching additional products and upgrading services to existing accounts.
  • Reaching out to customers based on leads provided by the client.
  • Managing and maintaining great customer rapport in assigned territories.
  • Collaborating with a team to increase sales in the market.
  • Joining daily Zoom meetings to cover campaign strategies and team development.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in people-focused roles.
  • Wireless sales experience is highly preferred but optional.
  • Associate Degree or higher.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working in team settings.

Nice-to-haves

  • Competency with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.
