About The Position

The Fiber Paint Repair position at Wells Concrete involves preparing and maintaining resin and sand pads for concrete production. The role is essential for ensuring that all materials are properly treated and stored, contributing to the overall quality of the production process.

Requirements

• High School Education preferred.
• Good communication skills required (both written and oral).
• Experience working with chemicals associated with resin and fiberglass.

Responsibilities

• Resin and sand all rails and bulkheads prior to them being placed in storage.
• Resin and sand all pads prior to them being approved for production.
• Maintain inventory on all resin to ensure that production is not affected.
• Bondo and sand parts and pads as required.
• Assist with resin dotting pads as required for quality purposes.
• Assist with completing build operations as required.
