As a Fiberglass Manufacturing Associate, you will be involved in various production activities that require attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You will work from blueprint instructions to gather and prepare necessary materials, apply fiberglass to molds, and utilize resins through brush or spray gun techniques. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning and finishing the product surface to ensure it meets the required standards. In terms of fabrication, you will locate, fabricate, and attach various components using measuring instruments and hand power tools. This aspect of the job requires precision and the ability to interpret technical drawings. Once the products are completed, you will perform cleanup, finish, and quality inspection activities to ensure that all items meet the company's high standards before staging them in inventory. Maintaining accurate records and a clean, safe work area is also a critical part of your responsibilities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Working from blueprint instructions to gather and prepare necessary materials.

Requirements

  • Work history demonstrating good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
  • Relevant manufacturing or construction experience.
  • Proficient use of blueprints, hand power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Basic math skills and good English communication skills.
  • Full physical ability (strength, flexibility, mobility) to meet the varying demands of the job.
