About the position

The Fiduciary Support Specialist II is responsible for providing administrative support to Trust Advisors and ensuring the coordinated delivery of personal trust administration to affluent and ultra-high net-worth clients. This role involves facilitating day-to-day transactional needs, maintaining client records, and contributing to a positive team environment while delivering high-quality service to Wealth Clients.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in onboarding new teammates and training
  • Lead special projects for Wealth Region Support Leader/Fiduciary Group Support Leader
  • Contribute to a positive team environment that fosters cooperation and trust
  • Facilitate day-to-day transactional needs of the client base
  • Enter and maintain appropriate client records and monitor client transactions
  • Utilize various trust systems to affect transactions and prepare client presentations
  • Respond to client requests for information and assistance
  • Support sales and retention efforts by scheduling appointments and preparing marketing materials
  • Assist advisors with administrative functions to enable quality client interaction
  • Render responsive and personal service to Wealth Clients

Requirements

  • Seven years of experience as a Fiduciary Support Specialist or equivalent client service experience
  • Strong product knowledge in deposits, loans, and trust and estate operations
  • Knowledge of bank policies and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exemplary customer service and professional etiquette skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally overnight

  • Trust School graduate
  • Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA)
