About the position

The Field Account Manager at Cowlitz Clean Sweep (CCS) is responsible for overseeing and managing industrial cleaning projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong focus on safety and compliance. The Field Account Manager will coordinate project development, manage client relationships, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to stringent health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and maintain company vehicles as required for job duties, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Analyze drawings to prepare cost, material, and labor estimates.
  • Coordinate technical project development, estimate potential profits, and release to production.
  • Manage day-to-day progress of projects.
  • Work as a team participant with dispatch and foremen to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Assist in scheduling jobs with clients, onsite supervision, and dispatch.
  • Provide technical expertise with project development.
  • Prepare project development objectives and schedules for all phases of the project as well as workforce and equipment requirements.
  • Maintain communications and contacts to collect and analyze technical, financial, schedule, and sales information.
  • Ensure timely completion of all estimates.
  • Review and evaluate cost estimates with supervisor prior to submission.
  • Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
  • Respectfully take direction from manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • 3-5 years of successful experience in field/position utilizing vacuum trucks and hydro blasting equipment.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and company information.
