About the position

The Field Application Engineer will support US-based customers in the GPS protection and drone technology sector, focusing on both pre-sale and post-sale activities. This role involves providing technical consultation, ensuring successful product integration, and maintaining customer relationships, all while working closely with the President of the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sale technical consultation and support to prospective customers.
• Deliver post-sale customer support, ensuring successful deployment and integration of solutions.
• Assist the President in managing day-to-day customer relationships and operational tasks.
• Act as a technical liaison between US-based customers and the product development team.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites to provide hands-on support and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a related technical field, focusing on electronics integration.
• Drone integration experience is strongly preferred; experience with GPS technology is a plus.
• Electronics technician or engineer background is required.
• Military experience, especially in the drone or GPS sector, is a significant advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
