Responsibilities

  • Rotate through 3-4 departments, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as FPGA architecture and design, pre-sales engineering and technical marketing, customer support and application debugging, and training development and delivery for customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems using FPGA-based solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers to identify their challenges, propose solutions, and support implementation.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of FPGA hardware, software tools, and design methodologies.
  • Develop and present technical demos, proofs-of-concept, and training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Understanding of digital design, FPGA architectures, and hardware description language (VHDL/Verilog).
  • Familiarity with FPGA development tools (e.g., Vivado, Quartus).
  • Knowledge of embedded systems, signal processing, or high-speed interfaces is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and tackle challenges in diverse environments.
  • Passion for solving challenging customer problems and sharing solutions with peers.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer interactions or training.
