About the position

The position involves providing technical applications support for KLA's reticle and photomask inspection systems. The role includes responsibilities such as customer training, project execution, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams to assess product applications. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to maximize the benefits of KLA's inspection systems and will be involved in various pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA reticle and photomask inspection systems.
• Responsible for acceptance tests, customer training, recipe setup, project execution, and alpha/beta testing.
• Assists Marketing and Account Sales in assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer needs.
• Provides follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications.
• Reports regional requirements and updates to the product division.
• Escalates field application issues to the division and follows up for issue resolution.
• Works with customers and division to maximize the benefit of reticle inspectors.
• Generates Best Known Methods (BKM), project summary reports, customer use case summaries, and product value pitch information.

• Master's Level Degree or work experience of 0 years, Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 1 year.
