About the position

KLA is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA's reticle and photomask inspection systems. This role involves making presentations on all aspects of the products, ensuring that customers are well-informed and trained on the systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting acceptance tests, customer training, recipe setup, project execution, and alpha/beta testing, as well as engaging in related pre-sales activities. This position requires a proactive approach to assist Marketing and Account Sales in assessing the potential applications of company products to meet customer needs effectively. In addition to the above responsibilities, the role includes providing follow-up support by disseminating technical information on specific applications and reporting regional requirements and updates to the product division. The candidate will also be responsible for escalating field application issues to the division and following up to ensure timely resolution. This position involves working closely with customers and the division to maximize the benefits of reticle inspectors, generating Best Known Methods (BKM), project summary reports, customer use case summaries, and product value pitch information summaries. Traveling to customer sites is a requirement of this position, with domestic travel based on assignment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, capable of tackling complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of various factors. Responsibilities
