Airgain is seeking a highly motivated Field Applications Engineer / Field Solutions Architect to support the presales and sales efforts of our Vehicle Networking products and solutions. This role is pivotal in providing technical integration of Airgain's next-generation wireless networking products across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the integration of Airgain technologies into new customer systems and deployed vehicle networking products, such as routers and shark fin antennas. In this position, you will work closely with customers to gather requirements and relay them to the engineering team, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively. You will partner with design engineers to align product capabilities with customer requirements and plan supporting resources to adhere to customer project schedules. Additionally, you will deliver commercial and technical presentations to internal teams, external clients, and channel customers, showcasing the value of Airgain's solutions. Troubleshooting and documenting field issues will be a key part of your responsibilities, as well as assisting with the integration of 4G/5G products into cellular networks. You will provide training to customers on Airgain's cellular connectivity solutions and support quarterly business reviews (QBRs), contributing to sales and marketing strategic planning and execution. Your role will also involve supporting Airgain connectivity demonstrations, further solidifying our commitment to simplifying wireless connectivity for our clients.
