About the position

The position involves working as part of the Customer Engagement (CE) team at KLA, focusing on maintaining strategic client relationships and providing technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction with KLA's semiconductor manufacturing products. The role requires collaboration with customers to adopt KLA products, support pre-sale and post-sale activities, and develop new use cases based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth expertise in product operation, applications, and customer processes.
• Collaborate with critical customers to ensure KLA products are adopted and applied to their unique problems.
• Support pre-sale activities including product demos, presentations, and technical papers.
• Assist at trade shows to promote KLA products.
• Provide customer training and support post-sale.
• Understand customer processes and develop new use cases.
• Support internal customers such as service, engineering, and operations.

Requirements

• Master's Level Degree OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or related field.
• Ability to perform complex data/image analysis using data-analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in IC processing or semiconductor equipment is desirable but not mandatory.
