About the position

TP-Link is seeking a seasoned legal professional to join their B2B business team, focusing on corporate compliance and privacy. The role involves supporting pre-sales activities, providing technical discussions and presentations, and building relationships with customers to drive growth. Responsibilities

  • Support pre-sales activities by presenting product value and benefits through technical discussions and presentations.
  • Provide hands-on support for customer lab qualification, integration, and deployment.
  • Assist in the configuration and testing of products in lab and field trials as directed by prospects.
  • Identify and articulate TP-Link opportunities to the Sales team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to TP-Link Sales teams on B2B opportunities.
  • Contribute to the overall TP-Link B2B strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (electrical engineering, computer science, etc.) preferred but not necessary.
  • 5+ years in Sales/Systems Engineering, technical support, or related experience.
  • Working knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies.
  • Experience with Layer 2 Switching and Layer 3 Routing.
  • Familiarity with Network Management software including API experience.
  • Proven knowledge in broadband access infrastructure technologies including middle mile networks.
  • Expert ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with advanced interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the US to trade shows and customer locations.
