This role focuses on generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and scheduling appointments for flooring consultations. Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments at various events, trade shows, and retail locations.
• Engage actively with potential clients, understand their flooring needs, and inform them about product offerings.
• Address concerns and objections from potential clients and schedule appointments for free in-home consultations.
• Achieve and surpass goals during each shift.
• Attend team meetings to enhance skills as an event professional.
• Set up and dismantle event booths as required.

Requirements

• High energy and strong face-to-face communication skills.
• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours at a time.
• Reliable transportation.
• A confident team player who can work independently.
