Responsibilities
- Effectively demonstrate the values of Peak Roofing
- Self-establish goals and quotas to achieve the highest earning potential
- Complete a comprehensive sales coaching program over the first 2 weeks
- Actively pursue residential restoration roofing sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods
- Identify hail damage and needs of potential customers
- Focus solely on generating leads every day
- Work with a team of highly motivated and fun-loving individuals
- Clearly communicate Peak's process and values
- Understand and communicate products and services
- Handle rejection effectively as part of the canvassing role
Requirements
- High school graduate
- Experience in retail or sales preferred but not necessary
- Driver's license required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Willing to cold call and canvas areas to generate leads
