About the position
The Field Clinical Representative II at Boston Scientific Neuromodulation plays a crucial role in improving patient lives through technology and service in the field of pain management solutions. This position involves providing clinical support, educating healthcare professionals about spinal cord stimulation products, and ensuring successful patient outcomes through collaboration with medical staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for sales and clinical support in troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for spinal cord stimulation products.
- Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations.
- Participate in case reviews and clinical observations with physicians and hospital staff.
- Attend cases in operating rooms and perform patient follow-ups to ensure success with implanted products.
- Meet with existing and potential clients to identify clinical needs and demonstrate how company products can help achieve their goals.
- Utilize company resources to identify potential patients and educate them on neuromodulation and pain management.
- Develop relationships with hospital and surgery center personnel to facilitate future sales.
- Respond to customer and patient needs by developing creative solutions or collaborating with related personnel.
- Perform duties in a quality system environment to ensure compliance with governmental regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years' work experience in a sales and/or clinical role.
Nice-to-haves
- Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology or other science field.
- Experience as Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech or Surgical Tech.
