About the position

The Field Coach position is responsible for overseeing and providing coaching and training to staff, affiliates, and volunteers in a specific location. The role focuses on evangelism, discipleship, and the development of new believers, ensuring effective ministry practices and collaboration with National Field Directors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert at introducing others to Jesus through evangelism in various contexts.
• Equip others in how to share their faith effectively.
• Conduct follow-up for new believers using diverse methods such as one-on-one meetings, small groups, and online platforms.
• Lead the planting and growth of guides based on local team priorities.
• Coach, shepherd, and empower staff, affiliates, and volunteers towards effective evangelism and discipleship.
• Provide timely training for new team members and affiliates.
• Offer coaching, direction, and accountability to meet area and ministry objectives.
• Supply ongoing resources, support, and training to maximize team impact.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5 years of outreach and/or ministry experience or leadership development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Master CCC tools such as everyperson.com, Knowing God Personally, CoJourners, and Soularium.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
