About the position
Goldbelt Apex, LLC is seeking a Field Communications Instructor who will serve as the subject matter expert and primary instructor for all field communications devices within Role 2 and Role 3 medical units. This position involves teaching various communication courses and managing training equipment, contributing to the effective delivery of healthcare in military and federal settings.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert and primary instructor for all field communications devices within Role 2 and Role 3 medical units.
- Instruct SINCGARS and Harris Radio courses.
- Instruct Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) course.
- Instruct core DEPMEDS courses.
- Assist in Site Organic Driver's Training courses as an instructor/trainer.
- Instruct Operational Health Information Technologies (OHIT) systems administrator level courses.
- Manage RTS-MED site field communication training equipment as a sub hand receipt holder.
Requirements
- Minimum four (4) years of recent experience with the military as a Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officer (E-5 or above).
- Recent experience as a 25 series MOS in the Army or equivalent in sister services.
- Shall possess or obtain Comp TIA A+ certification within 180 days of hire.
- Shall obtain Comp TIA Network+ certification within 1 year of hire.
- Shall obtain rough terrain forklift license within 90 days of hire.
- Proven experience collaborating with a team.
- Management experience in developing training or mobilization plans.
- Experience with military training concepts and organizational structure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
