In this role, you will provide comprehensive support for software, hardware, and networking for desktops, laptops, and servers. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and supporting legacy products, as well as potentially providing support for enterprise products. You will perform disk replacements on enterprise storage products and install and maintain PCs, associated software, networks, servers, and peripherals. Additionally, you will support network products from both operational and maintenance perspectives, performing installs, moves, adds, and changes as required. Testing and certifying PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications will also be part of your duties. You will be expected to follow up on problems or escalations, maintain a high degree of professionalism in your actions, demeanor, and dress, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction. Meeting client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and updating incident and request tickets accordingly within the ticketing system is essential.
