We are seeking a Field Copier Technician, Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, Konica Minolta, to join our service team in the Bellingham, WA area. This is a field position with a possible territory near you, as we service all of Seattle and surrounding areas. PAID TRAINING included.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment, copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.
- Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Developing options to solve unusual problems
- Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
Requirements
- Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
- Other experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus
- Strong computer knowledge is a plus
