Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs and other aspects of construction for defects and document/explain defects to clients.
• Perform client interviews to determine client needs and desires.
• Genuinely seek to understand clients with empathy and a true desire to help as a client advocate.
• Review construction issues and solutions with clients to empower them to make informed decisions.
• Follow up with and update clients to ensure very high satisfaction levels.
• Actively meet neighborhood members in work areas to seek referrals and business connections.
• Constantly learn and improve in knowledge and skill related to the role.
• Ensure production has proper information to execute production support on newly acquired clients.
• Assist in developing company processes and client liaison resources.
• Travel to homes, buildings, and job sites using a company-provided vehicle.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in client liaison work, such as customer service representative, tech representative, estimator, or outside sales.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with computers and technology, including word processing applications, email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Basic understanding of construction, roofing, or related fields.
• Very good driving record and valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift 80 lbs semi-regularly and to twist, bend, and move athletically and consistently in all directions and on sloped surfaces.
