About the position

The Field Enablement Manager at Sanofi plays a crucial role in optimizing field operations and driving success in key Rare Disease accounts. This position involves orchestrating resources for strategic accounts, aligning cross-functional teams, and enhancing customer experiences through effective communication and operational support. Responsibilities

• Support field teams by optimizing and managing operational processes for success in key Rare Disease accounts.
• Build a detailed understanding of key accounts, including network ecosystems and referral patterns, and communicate insights to HQ for strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate and streamline communication with accounts/customers and cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience with a ONE SANOFI approach.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, addressing marketing challenges, and providing immediate support to field teams.
• Support the development and execution of unique, on-label, and approved Key Opinion Leader (KOL) programming as directed by leadership.
• Provide operational support to field teams, including process optimization, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate within the Field Enablement team to share best practices across key accounts and elevate observations to General Management as needed.
• Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless operational processes and effective cross-functional communication.
• Offer strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales performance and achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• High degree of project management skills with a proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing complex projects.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills, capable of conducting in-depth analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, showing initiative in troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
