About the position

The Field Enablement Trainer is responsible for providing onboarding and ongoing training programs for all Go-To-Market teams at Justworks. This role focuses on developing and delivering training content that simplifies complex concepts, ensuring that new hires are effectively onboarded and equipped for success in their roles. The trainer will utilize a variety of training methods and collaborate with various teams to foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deploy a blend of traditional and modern training methods including mentoring, coaching, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
• Measure new hire progress via KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ensure learners are progressing and ramping to plan, working with the field enablement team to improve identified areas of opportunity.
• Partner with the Center of Excellence and GTM teams to enhance Justworks' new hire programming.
• Assist in building a culture of learning throughout the organization.
• Periodically facilitate everboarding programs for the GTM teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years learning and development and/or revenue enablement experience.
• Minimum of 2 years selling or servicing complex products/services.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding facilitation experience.
• Proficient in adult learning theory.
• Experience at a high-growth SaaS company preferred.
