About the position

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is excited to announce a career opportunity for a Field Engineer within our Industrial team. This role is ideal for candidates who possess 1-4 years of successful commercial construction experience and are eager to assist Superintendents and Project Managers in the completion of various projects. As a Field Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting field operations, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and safely. In this position, you can expect to engage in a variety of tasks that are essential to the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include providing field support to staff, conducting estimating and quantity take-offs, and managing on-site material and equipment inventory. You will also be responsible for monitoring and updating project schedules, enforcing job site safety protocols, and maintaining assigned subcontracts. Additionally, you will manage subcontractor schedules in relation to material deliveries and manpower, monitor quality control, and perform any additional assignments as directed by your supervisor. Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in a construction-related field, and will be expected to take on responsibilities that require effective communication and teamwork. A willingness to travel is essential for this role, as you will be required to interface with various stakeholders on-site. Candidates must also be authorized to work in the U.S. and may need to comply with Covid-19 vaccination requirements, subject to reasonable accommodations for valid medical or religious reasons.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
