About The Position
The Field Engineer (Structural/Civil) position at Hilti involves providing technical support and driving sales of specified products to both salesforce and customers. The role focuses on educating design communities about the proper use and advantages of Hilti fastening and protection products, while also securing commitments for specification or approval of these products. The engineer will utilize sound engineering judgment to protect the company from liability exposure and will provide leadership and coaching to newer team members.
