About the position

The Field Events Marketing Manager at BrickRed Systems is responsible for executing targeted marketing plans and driving field marketing events in a fast-paced, high-growth tech startup environment. This role involves collaboration with key sales and marketing stakeholders to implement strategic event-driven marketing initiatives, reporting directly to the Director of Americas Field Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Field Marketing Strategy to meet and exceed BU level targets.
  • Plan and run a mix of virtual and live events, including workshops, executive events, industry-specific events, and 3rd party events.
  • Drive registration and attendance for field events to meet pipeline generation goals.
  • Manage lead flow into Salesforce and marketing automation platforms for optimized conversion.
  • Ensure programs are executed on time and within budget, reconciling expenses with Finance.
  • Share best practices and consistently optimize field marketing programs to increase conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event management (1-3 years in field marketing events).
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and managing event-driven pipeline targets.
  • Budget management experience for event series.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Asana, and marketing automation platforms (MAPS) for building emails, lists, and landing pages.
  • Willingness to travel for events as needed.
