About The Position

The Financial Administrator at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is responsible for performing routine administrative and accounting tasks within the facility. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and inventory management, ensuring adherence to standard office procedures and tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine administrative, pre-settlement, and cashiering duties.
  • Handle Accounts Payable tasks including initiating purchase orders, processing invoices, and preparing check requests.
  • Research payments and perform other bookkeeping tasks as assigned.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable tasks such as monitoring changes in customer payment terms and researching short payments.
  • Process, edit, and submit weekly timecards and payroll payments.
  • Oversee daily inventory management, including receipt of incoming inventory and analysis of discrepancies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
