About The Position

The Field Foreman is responsible for the safe and efficient installation of Hemm's scope systems and oversight of all aspects of onsite job operations. This role involves leading and coaching the day-to-day installation activities to ensure that all work is completed on schedule and within budgeted man hours. The Field Foreman will collaborate and coordinate with customers and other job site stakeholders to ensure worry-free projects for customers and owners. Additionally, the position requires effective communication of job progress with the Project Manager to ensure all aspects of the job are progressing as required.

Requirements

• Good work history with a background in construction or caulking, perimeter sealing, expansion joints, structural silicon, and backer rod installation is strongly preferred.
• OSHA 10 or 30 training is a plus.
• Ability to do precise measuring.
• Ability to withstand working in all weather conditions.
• Mechanically inclined with physical stamina to perform all duties required of the position.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to solve problems and explain past problem-solving successes.
• Positive, 'Can Do-Want To' attitude.
• Punctual, dependable, hardworking, and looking for a career.
• Ability to work hours to serve customers' needs, which can include long hours and Saturdays.
