About the position

The Field Implementation Coach (FIC) at State Farm is responsible for coaching independent contract agents in the adoption of marketing and technology processes. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience and achieving business objectives through direct engagement with agents. The FIC will utilize various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions, to influence behavioral changes and drive the adoption of crucial capabilities. This position is remote but requires the candidate to reside within a specified distance from the Clinton, Maryland Sales Territory.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with independent agents to influence the adoption of marketing and technology processes.
  • Provide coaching and support to agents through face-to-face, computer/video, and phone interactions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Market Area Executive Leadership to execute activations and deployments.
  • Maintain proficiency in digital tactics and tools to assist agents effectively.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to evolving processes and technologies.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise initiatives and market area priorities in partnership with field leaders.

Requirements

  • Strong learning agility and technical acumen.
  • Proficiency in agent office system processes.
  • Ability to set goals and influence others effectively.
  • Adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher-level education is desired.
  • Understanding of the insurance industry and competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with State Farm marketing systems and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, OneNote, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and initiative to work collaboratively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Agency experience is preferred but not required.
  • Technical expertise regarding technology platforms such as ECRM (Salesforce) and Agency Business System (ABS).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and reports.
