About the position

The Field Implementation Technician I is responsible for installing and executing innovative scrub and linen automation solutions for clients across the country. This role involves onsite equipment setup, troubleshooting, and client training, ensuring seamless integration of technology to maximize client success. The technician will work closely with Project Management and Sales, serving as the primary onsite representative and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, network, and configure automation solutions onsite
• Train clients on best practices for scrub and linen management
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for escalated technical issues
• Represent IPA with a strong focus on customer service and successful project execution

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of relevant technical experience if no degree
• Solid technical knowledge and customer-facing experience; Salesforce familiarity is a plus
• Proven background in customer service with multitasking and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities with adaptability to change
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage project objectives efficiently
• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and networking issues
