About the position

The Field Implementation Technician role at F3 Technologies, Inc. focuses on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Point of Sale (POS) systems primarily in restaurant environments. This position requires strong technical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The technician will also provide customer training and support while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, replace, and repair Point of Sale systems at customer sites or remotely.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Provide training and support to customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Communicate with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical certification a plus.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of POS systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Reliable Laptop (Mac or PC).
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.

• Previous POS experience a plus.
• Previous restaurant experience a plus.
