About the position
Safeguard Properties is seeking self-motivated Independent Contractors and Business Owners to join our Field Inspections Vendor Network. As a Field Inspector, you will play a crucial role in the Mortgage Field Services Industry by performing prompt and quality interior and exterior property inspections. This position offers the flexibility of being your own business owner or expanding your current business, with unlimited growth opportunities available. You will be responsible for updating and processing orders through mobile applications and our web platform, ensuring effective communication with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers throughout the process. In this role, you will need to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and efficiency, as you will be expected to complete work orders in a timely manner. The position requires reliable transportation and the ability to provide your own tools necessary for completing the inspections. This is a contract position, which means you will have the freedom to manage your own schedule while meeting the demands of the job. Safeguard Properties negotiates rates with independent contractors based on volume and location, ensuring expedited disbursement of payment for your services.
Responsibilities
